The staff were super friendly and welcoming, from the sweet birthday surprise arranged for me to the helpful Soliman and Jasser who made my stay memorable. The hotel’s vibrant decor and comfy rooms were just what my family needed, perfect for both relaxing and having fun with great amenities like the fun ping pong table and video games. The only minor bummer was not being informed in advance about restrictions on using professional cameras at the pool, but overall, my stay was awesome! 😊

Rove City Centre, Deira in Dubai has been a delightful stay for me and my furry friend. The hotel's exceptional service, clean rooms, and convenient location near the Metro and shopping mall made our stay comfortable. The pool and lounge areas were great for relaxation, while nearby landmarks like TWO M art Gallery and Creek Park offered unique family bonding experiences.

I had an amazing stay at Rove City Centre, Deira. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, providing a perfect setting for a good night's rest. The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Deira near the airport and metro station. The staff, especially Mr. Nurken and Mr. Vinayen at the front office, were extremely professional and made my stay memorable. The housekeeping staff was also exceptional, ensuring the room was very clean and had a pleasant scent.

Being nitpicky, on two specific occasions, the hotel staff's service fell slightly short. At check-in, I experienced a minor delay due to an incident with another guest, and during breakfast, there was a slight mix-up with the food delivery order.

Rove City Centre offers sumptuous breakfast with fluffy eggs, accommodating staff, and comfortable king-size beds. the opportunity provided to disabled workers is commendable.

Dive into the veggie delights at the hotel's restaurant, a culinary journey not to be missed. The convenient 24-hour grocery spot, Zoom, within the building keeps hunger at bay. Plus, the nearby dining scene at Tempo, Tala Restaurant, Level M Restaurant, and Bistro Domino adds spicy variety. The hotel's cleanliness and proximity to the metro station are unbeatable bonuses.

The reception staff could use a refresher in customer service etiquette. Some laundry room and tea service hiccups were a minor hassle, but nothing a sprinkle of patience couldn't fix.

The breakfast was excellent - plentiful food, wide variety, and staff were so helpful. the room was super clean and quiet. Would DEFINITELY choose it again! the view was better in person!

Rove provided clean and neat rooms, with a vibrant reception area. the staff were friendly and provided exceptional service from reception to housekeeping. the location was great, situated near the Deira City Centre and a metro station, making it easy to explore different areas of the city. the hotel also offered free parking, a nice pool, and a gym. we were impressed with the hotel's amenities and the professionalism of the staff.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff here is top-notch, always willing to assist with a smile on their faces. Elvis at the reception was particularly helpful during my check-in. the room was cozy and spotless, making my stay very comfortable. I loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the metro station which made exploring the city a breeze. the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, ensuring a great start to my day. I also appreciated the modern design of the property, creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere. the proximity to shopping at City Centre mall was a big plus.

While my overall experience was wonderful, I did notice that the wall plugs in the room were a bit loose, causing chargers to slip out easily. It would be great to have a cup provided in the bathroom for toothpaste and toothbrush convenience.

As a frequent traveler, I often find myself in need of a convenient and comfortable hotel for transit stays. Rove City Centre, Deira perfectly fit the bill with its proximity to Deira City Centre, Financial Centre, and Dubai, making it an ideal stopover location.3 km, 10 km, and 20 km away respectively. The spacious Rover Rooms with their designer beds, free WiFi, and en-suite bathrooms were ideal for a quick and comfortable rest in between flights.

The only minor downside I experienced during my stay at Rove City Centre, Deira was the use of disposable cardboard coffee cups in the room. While convenient for a quick drink, it would have been nicer to have reusable cups for guests wanting more than one drink between room cleans.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They allowed us to check in early and explained everything clearly. The hotel had great facilities, including a laundromat with separate tumble dryers, lockers for luggage storage, and even a prayer room. We enjoyed playing table tennis, mini golf, and foosball, and also had fun with the arcade machine that had nostalgic games. The parking was convenient with EV car chargers and plenty of spots. The hotel was centrally located, close to the metro, City Center, and highways. We also appreciated the free airport shuttle every hour. the hotel provided practicality, comfort, and a 10/10 experience.
