The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Special mention to Deb from housekeeping who accommodated my request for twice daily room cleaning without any extra fees. Also, Ranji at the reception was quick to assist with any needs, including a late checkout. Khoduram, the guy at the front gate, always had a smile on his face and made me feel welcome.

The location of the hotel is great, situated in the heart of the city and close to important attractions. Guests have mentioned the stunning view from the room, with some even being able to see Burj Khalifa. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are equipped with deep baths and separate power showers. The service provided by the reception and housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, there are facilities like a spa, pool, and shuttle service to nearby attractions.

Some guests have mentioned a bit of confusion and disorganization with certain services, such as car/valet service and transfer of luggage.

The luxury stay was very reasonably priced and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The early check-in and late check-out were a great advantage. The hotel had a great location near various shops and restaurants.

It would have been preferable if the hotel was located closer to one of the malls as it was extremely hot outside. the final bill was slightly higher than expected due to taxes and charges that were not initially mentioned.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Farid, Michelle, and Kazi. They went above and beyond to assist us, including accommodating our requests for a twice-daily room cleaning and a late checkout. Imie from the café was also wonderful and always suggested the best food options. The smile of the staff was a constant presence and made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the apartment's entrance, 24-hour taxi availability, complimentary fruits, and excellent bathroom amenities added to the positive experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The location of Shangri-La Apartments was perfect, just next to Dubai Mall. We enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle bus service to the mall. The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, making our stay very enjoyable.

Being a luxury traveler, my stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. The atmosphere in this venue is superb with exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna and the Turkish bath. The massage provided was perfect as well as the spa lounge and pool with a view. The private facilities are remarkable, and I enjoyed the special diet menus in the Restaurant. The location advantage is ideal with easy accessibility to transport facilities.

I just have one minor issue; the service of the night club was not satisfactory.
