Convenient location next to metro station and supermarket. Friendly and helpful staff. Well-maintained rooms with good WiFi. Rooftop pool and gym available. Easy access to restaurants and Mall of Emirates.

I recently stayed at Skylark Hotel Apartments in Dubai and had a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a one-minute walk from the Mashreq metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The apartment I stayed in was recently renovated and the furnishings and facilities were in great condition. The cleanliness of the apartment was remarkable, everything was well-organized and spotless. The spaciousness of the apartment was a big plus, and it was equipped with everything I needed. The WiFi connection was also reliable.

While I had a mostly positive experience at Skylark Hotel Apartments, there were a few minor drawbacks. The cleaning service was basic and didn't go beyond arranging the bed and towels.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is very close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it is right next to the Mall of Emirates, providing plenty of shopping and dining options for guests. The rooms are spacious and the concierge staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to provide friendly and helpful service.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement as some guests experienced issues with housekeeping not properly cleaning the rooms and bathrooms.

This hotel is a great choice for the price. The location can't be beat - it's right next to the metro station and takes only 12 minutes to get to Mall of the Emirates. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious - they even make poached eggs! I also loved having a balcony in my room.

No major complaints, everything was fine.

Such a great city break! Metro station directly opposite the hotel was super convenient to get around. Amazing pool area on the rooftop with friendly staff. Breakfast waitress was lovely and made us feel welcome. Room service was prompt and delicious.

Room cleaning service could be better as our room wasn't cleaned on the second day and we returned late to a dirty room. Pool area was extremely dirty - our feet were dirtier than if we had walked barefoot on the street.
