Beautiful resort, great atmosphere, amazing food, excellent services, friendly staff, perfect for summer holiday.

The resort is perfect for a family vacation with lots of activities to enjoy. Very close to the beach with numerous pools to suit all tastes. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with a bathroom decorated with rock, marble, and wood combined. The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff is caring, always ready to assist guests. Soya restaurant is an excellent option, offering a diverse range of cuisines, including vegetarian and vegan options.

Some of the staff members could be more attentive, causing minor issues in service.

The facilities and amenities at Sofitel Palm Apartments were top-notch. The staff was helpful and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the food at the restaurants was excellent. The pools and beachside areas were well-maintained and provided a great place to relax.

We felt right at home during our stay at Sofitel Palm Apartments, and there was really no reason to complain.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend at this spacious apartment that offered a breathtaking view of the water. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt right at home. the beach and pool area were fantastic, with plenty of activities for children. the food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary drinks and snacks that we found waiting for us in our room.

That the apartment balcony had a view of the nearby construction site, which detracted a bit from the scenic beauty we had hoped for. some of the hotel taxis available were quite expensive, and we ended up using local taxis for the rest of our transportation needs.

Loved the spacious apartments and the variety of options available for eating. Despite a chaotic reception, check-in went smoothly. The pools were perfect for families. We enjoyed a fantastic boat tour around the Palm and the kids club was amazing - our kids wanted to stay longer every time. With a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend Sofitel.

Great room and bathroom, efficient staff that accommodated our toddler's cot quickly, tasty food and flexible service. Beautiful architecture and well-maintained gardens, perfect for families with children. Numerous pools to choose from, including dedicated ones for kids. an excellent resort experience.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! First of all, the location on the beach is stunning, and the seaview from our room was breathtaking. Secondly, the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire establishment. We especially want to thank Michael, the waiter at the main restaurant, for his excellent service. Lastly, the rooms with kitchenette were perfect for our family of four, and having a free breakfast every morning was a great perk.

The service at Sofitel Dubai Palm Apartments was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued customer. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They even serviced my room twice a day, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The facilities at the resort were outstanding, and the onsite restaurants exceeded my expectations. I had an amazing experience at Sofitel Dubai Palm Apartments.

We had an unforgettable luxurious experience here! We opted for a Spa treatment at the on, site Spa & Wellness Center. the service was phenomenal, the Spa lounge was most relaxing, and the Treatment rooms were spotlessly clean. the outdoor swimming pool was heated and had sun loungers perfect for sunbathing. the hotel also offered exclusive in, room breakfast and private facilities that make guests feel like royalty.

We did experience a minor issue with the outdoor dining area. the poolside snack bar was understaffed, resulting in slower service and longer waiting times than usual.
