I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, being close to a metro station and Naïf market. In the evenings, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including an Afghan restaurant that serves delicious food at a reasonable price. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided excellent service, always addressing any concerns or complaints. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the view of the Creek was stunning. the facilities and room advantages made my stay very enjoyable.

The nightclub on the top floor could get quite noisy at times, which could be a downside for those who prefer quiet evenings.

The junior room I stayed in was spacious and offered a nice view of the creek. The hotel staff, particularly Mam KUSUM, were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offered a beautiful view of the creek. I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

We loved the delicious Indian and Arab food served at the hotel's restaurant. The cleaners did an excellent job of keeping our room fresh and tidy. The hotel had a great location, close to the main attractions and a nice view of the river. the staff was polite and helpful. We enjoyed the two complementary drinks and snacks offered in the lobby. the room was spacious and clean.

the tea/coffee making facility in the room did not include milk or coffee, which was a letdown. It would have been helpful to have a weighing scale to check the weight of our luggage before departing.

Great staff, easy room upgrade, reasonable price, clean rooms, helpful housekeeping, nice view over the creek.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the Deira district of Dubai. The value for money is great as the prices are reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The location is perfect for exploring the famous Gold Market of Deira Dubai and it is right in the centre of the market with beautiful views of Dubai Creek from every window. The staff was very attentive and the rooms were well-equipped with all modern amenities and comfy beds. The breakfast served is also very delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond during our check-in, upgrading us to a luxurious suite on the 8th floor with stunning views of the Dubai Creek and nearby port. The suite was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The housekeeper, Mr. Tikram, did an exceptional job cleaning the room every day and providing fresh sheets, towels, and shower kits. Additionally, Mr. Imran from room service was extremely helpful, assisting us with our bags and explaining how to operate the water heater.

The hotel's location near the Creek was the best, and being close to essential markets was a huge plus. The staff, from the reception to the cleaning service, were all pleasant and professional, providing excellent service. I want to specifically mention the exceptional professionalism of Alex from the cleaning service and his superior for their attention to customer expectations.

The morning meal could be improved by ensuring that the charges for breakfast are accurate, as there was a discrepancy when we booked online. Additionally, the loud hotel music at night caused some disturbance and made it challenging to sleep.
