We booked 2 studio apartments at Suha Creek Hotel Apartment, Waterfront Jaddaf, and our whole family had a fantastic stay. the rooms were very comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioning and daily cleaning service. the kitchen area was well-equipped and had everything we needed. the staff, particularly Sharif, Vishal, Crisleey, and Shahed at the front desk.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and clean, with a big balcony that offered a beautiful view. the location of the hotel, near the creek, was excellent and it was just a short stroll to the nearby metro station. I found it to be a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. the room had all the necessary amenities, including a TV and well-equipped kitchen.

The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the subway, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. the hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and always had a positive attitude. the gym was well-equipped, and I was particularly impressed with the internet speed and VPN access. the connection with the VPN was immediate and reliable, allowing me to work without any interruptions. there was a large supermarket only 3 minutes away, which was great for cooking my own meals. Lastly, the embankment nearby provided a beautiful setting for my morning runs.

the customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff, particularly Kusum and Naben, did an excellent job. the scenery around the hotel was breathtaking, and everyone I encountered was incredibly polite. Special mention goes to the night staff at the beginning of my stay and the bellman, Vishal, for their professionalism and kindness. the receptionist, Hope, was also great. my experience at Suha Creek Hotel Apartment was worth every penny, and I will definitely be returning.

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is within walking distance of the metro station. there is a Chinese restaurant directly across the elevator hall, making it convenient for dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern TV and a comfortable bed.

There were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom.

loved the home-like feel, with daily cleaning, restocked essentials, and provided toiletries. The view of the creek was beautiful. Access to gym, swimming pool, and parking was a plus. Appliances were high quality. Great location near the subway and a supermarket for cooking.

The penthouse at Suha JBR Hotel Apartments is the epitome of luxury in Dubai, perfect for me and my harem of friends.

That the penthouse didn't come with a personal butler to attend to my every whim. How inconvenient!

Well-situated near metro station. Polite and helpful front desk staff. Necessities restocked, daily cleaning, and quality amenities provided, including a washing machine. Free parking, gym, and swimming pool access. Quiet location with a beautiful view of the creek; felt like a home away from home.

We loved staying at this place! Its location made it near to everything, including the airport and the downtown area. We even had a bridge next door! The staff was very helpful, especially with services like car hire and laundry. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and electric kettle. We also enjoyed using the outdoor swimming pool and sauna. The flat-screen TV and dining table made us feel comfortable and at home.

The staff at Suha Creek Hotel Apartment, Waterfront Jaddaf was extremely accommodating and friendly. When we requested a late check-out, they helped us out even though the hotel was full. I appreciated their flexibility and kindness. I would recommend this hotel for its great service.

The location was great, situated next to a beautiful bridge and near everything. It was also very easy to get to/from the airport. The rooms were functional and had everything you need for an extended stay, with a large bed and comfortable mattress. The pool on the 9th roof floor was very pleasant and clean. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything, making the service top-notch.

The neighborhood construction noise can be bothersome at times.

Our thanksgiving stay was exceptional. the spacious yet cozy room with a balcony overlooking the city had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the complementary Wi-Fi and parking which made our stay all the more enjoyable. the location was perfect, conveniently near main roads and a metro station. the staff, especially the bellhop, were pleasant and welcoming making us feel right at home.

For a place promoted as a luxurious apartment-hotel, the noise insulation was lacking, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. housekeeping was sometimes inconvenient and noisy while cleaning up.

Our stay at this hotel apartment was excellent. We got great value for our money with a clean and cozy room that had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with a beautiful waterfront just a short walk away, and the staff, especially Krislee at the reception, were extremely helpful and friendly.

It would have been nice to have more breakfast choices, maybe some additional options for a more varied selection.
