The location of Swiss-Belhotel was perfect for us as it was centrally located, making it convenient for us to travel between Dubai and Ajman. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to both cities, which was extremely helpful. The swimming pool was covered, which provided protection from the sun. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and value for money.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I found the staff incredibly friendly and always helpful. the breakfast buffet had a great selection and the room was spacious and clean. the hotel was conveniently located near food shops, a pharmacy, electrical shops, and a barber shop. the high-speed internet in the room was a great feature.

The limited choices of food, absence of chilled water during summer, and reduced shuttle bus frequency to the popular malls in the area were some of the worst aspects of the hotel. the parking spaces were also limited and always crowded.
