I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the fact that they cleaned it twice a day was a great touch. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and the beautiful beach. I also loved the breakfast, with its wide variety of delicious options. The valet parking made my stay even more convenient. this hotel provided the perfect getaway from the busy city.

Our stay by the sea was picture-perfect, located between restaurants offering a unique variety of cuisines. The personnel were helpful in accommodating our transportation needs in a timely manner. We enjoyed a daily complimentary breakfast with a high-quality spread of local and international dishes. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were excited to take advantage of the offered facilities, including the refreshing swimming pool and private beach.

The hotel lacked some evening entertainment for guests.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The valet parking made my stay so much easier. The beach at sunset was perfect for swimming, without the intense sunshine. Lastly, the guest services team, especially Kuldeep, went above and beyond to make my stay special by bringing me sweets every day.

The upgrade to a suite was seamlessly arranged by Mr. DiDIER and Mr. BASSEM, who were always available to assist us with any inquiries. Mr. MENA made sure our check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free. The housekeeping team, Mr. HARSH and Mr. VALENTINE, not only kept our room spotless but also took the time to arrange our belongings. In the dining room, Ms. PHOEBE provided exceptional service with a cheerful attitude. the staff at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm truly exceeded our expectations and made our family vacation a memorable one.

The breakfast spread was amazing and the chef went out of their way to cater to my child's dietary needs. The pool area had a great vibe and the view from our room was breathtaking. I had a wonderful stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

This was our second visit to Taj and we will be back again! The location is beautiful, surrounded by the calming sea and tranquil outdoor seating areas. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional with lots of choices for the whole family. Above all, the amazing staff can't do enough to make your stay memorable. The whole housekeeping team, led by Amrinder, ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Special mentions to Ruwan, Harpreet, and the staff in the Club Lounge and Palm Kitchen for their personalized service and attention to detail. The hotel is brand new with high standards, great restaurants, and thoughtful touches like free ice lollies by the pool.

My experience at this hotel was amazing. The luxurious amenities fulfilled my every need, with outstanding service at the spa and wellness center. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing atmosphere, complete with beach access and live entertainment. The full body massage and facial exceeded my expectations, while the steam room delivered extreme bliss. Additionally, the sun terrace and heated swimming pool offered ultimate comfort, surrounded by stunning sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue was the lack of unique dessert options in the restaurant. Besides this, the hotel provided an incredible experience, with an outstanding restaurant and poolside snack bar, dinner service, packed lunches and special diet menus available.

Fantastic facilities, including game and kids rooms, pool, and beach. A perfect location for a family vacation.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The garland welcome and sea-themed décor were lovely touches. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, with helpful and friendly staff. The facilities for kids were ample and well-maintained. We enjoyed the huge heated pool, which was perfect for families. It was an added bonus that the Indian restaurant and classic English pub were excellent and worth trying.

The pricing at one restaurant was quite high, and the quality of in-room dining was average. We also experienced poor service at the reception and were denied adding a small bill to our room despite having paid in full.

The service was exceptional, with personalized touches like a sea shell necklace and welcome drink upon arrival. The spacious rooms were well-maintained and the spa was a treat. The lifeguards by the pool and beach added an extra level of safety, and the kids club was a bonus. The food was delicious, especially the Palm buffet. a clean, safe and family-friendly hotel.

One downside we encountered during our stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm was that it was not obvious to find at first. It would be helpful if there were clearer signs or directions to guide guests to the hotel.

Being on our romantic escape, we were glad to find that the hotel offered beautiful and spacious rooms with stunning views. The high-tech features in the room added an extra touch of luxury. the location of the hotel was ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

We were disappointed by the lack of attention to cleanliness in our room. There were noticeable stains on the tables, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing spa, pool, and beach. The service was top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect.
