The rooms at Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers are just incredible. I felt so spoiled with the private bathroom, hot tub, and breathtaking city view. The cozy seating area and 24-hour room service made me feel like royalty. It was a perfect escape from everyday life.

I personally found the location of my room on the 13th floor a bit high, but I know some people love that!

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Great location for reaching the Marina and Palm. Beautiful views of neighboring golf course from the roof terrace. Good value for money compared to other larger resorts. Highly recommended for a short stay.

our valentine's day stay at taj jlt in dubai was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and the room with a view of the golf course was spectacular. the breakfast at shamiana was a lovely experience, and the facilities, especially the infinity pool at paros, exceeded our expectations. we truly felt pampered and would highly recommend this hotel.

Located close to the metro station and Dubai Mall. The rooms are comfortable with good bedding and modern decor. The rooftop pool area has excellent views. The staff is friendly and courteous, with Roy in the lounge being especially good at remembering our needs.

The housekeeping and breakfast service were consistently poor with towels needing to be requested almost every day and waiters forgetting about tables.

The hotel is well located with easy access to many food places. It has high quality finishing's and a luxurious feel. The bathrooms are spacious with many amenities. The pool area on the 46th floor has spectacular views of the city.

Celebrating our recent engagement, we booked a night at Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers. From the moment we checked in, the staff's genuine enthusiasm and warm welcome made us feel special. The presidential suite was like something out of a movie, with chandeliers, marble floors, and a breathtaking view of the Marina from the bath. The hotel even surprised us with a complimentary celebratory cake and food nibbles. The breakfast was well done, and the staff went above and beyond. The rooms, including the executive suite, are worth every penny.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the noise-protected, modern amenity rooms with comfy beds provided a relaxing and comfortable stay. the rooftop infinity pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers offered a splendid view, making it a perfect place to unwind.

Despite the hotel's exceptional facilities, breakfast choices were repetitive. the Shamiana restaurant's excellent service and the hot chocolate and watermelon juice made up for this minor flaw.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the clean and comfortable room. the hotel's location offered great views of the nearby scenery and was conveniently located near a subway station, which made getting around easy. the staff was also extremely helpful and accommodating.

the shuttle bus service was limited and could have been more frequent to accommodate guests. while my stay had its highs and lows, I ultimately had a pleasant experience.

We were charged extra for an extra bed for a third person, even though we had booked for three people in advance. the hotel could improve by upgrading the room size or providing a compromise, rather than charging extra.
