Lovely hotel, we went there for an e-foil event and they were extremely helpful getting our equipment to the beach and back to the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start of our stay to the end. The food was excellent! Our room was upgraded to a suite, which we really appreciated, and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back! :)

Great location with stunning views from the balcony. Excellent facilities such as private beach, pools, and shisha lounge. The spacious rooms are well-equipped, and the bathrooms are modern. The staff, including Bibiana, Gauhar, Akshay, Rinsad. Breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options.

The location and exclusive amenities provided by the hotel were outstanding. the private beach access and sun loungers were perfect for our morning relaxation. the room advantages were exceptional, equipped with modern lighting controls and high-quality bathroom toiletries. the delicious breakfast offered a great range of food and drinks, including detox bottles that aided our digestion. the hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive to our needs, ensuring an enjoyable stay.

The outdoor beach area was not completely perfect, as some sharp stones near the water entrance made the area slightly messy. this minor issue did not detract from our overall experience and the luxury amenities of this hotel.

The room facilities were excellent, with spacious accommodations and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We especially want to mention Gauhar and Gulsaya, who provided exceptional service and made our experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was fantastic, and we loved spending time there with the detox bottles provided by the hotel. we had a memorable and wonderful family vacation.

Our stay was simply amazing with beautiful sea views and a great location just a short stroll from the beach, and within close proximity to a nearby mall. The spacious room boasted a stunning vista of the Palm and city skyline. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, and provided excellent room service. The beach and pool areas were in great condition, with lifeguards ensuring maximum safety. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with the on-site Envy Restaurant providing mouth-watering cuisine, whilst the Fluid Beach Club served up fresh poolside brunches.

Finding my luggage during check-out proved time-consuming and confusing, which detracted from my otherwise wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic time at Th8 Palm! The location was great and my room was cozy and comfortable. While the pool was a bit small, I loved the beach and the water sports available. I highly recommend this hotel for a beach getaway.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, right on the beach with stunning views of the Palm. The well maintained private beach and kids swimming pool with lifeguards ensured a safe and enjoyable experience for families. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with luxurious amenities.

The hotel has a very active and friendly team, particularly the valet group, who are always smiling and kind. The room service is incredibly fast and the food is perfect. The pool is good and the beach is also decent. The reception supervisor was helpful and provided an alternative room when the one initially allocated was not suitable. The staff are caring, helpful, and showed great initiative, even calling us before checkout to ask if we wanted our bags collected. The concierge service was excellent and our car was ready as soon as we checked out. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with free water provided daily. The garden and pool are very nice, and the pool is even heated. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at the restaurant, specifically Cheb Homan and Cheb Arun, were kind and accommodating. The front desk staff, including Grace, were also very kind and friendly.

The hotel had a stunning location at the top of Palm Jumeirah, offering amazing views of Dubai. The private beach and swimming pools were excellent amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, with special mention to Catriena in reception and Jordan. The rooms, especially the suites, were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with modern bathrooms. The upgrade to suites was a fantastic surprise. The overall value for money was great, making it a memorable end to our family holiday.
