This hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the Dubai Mall with easy access to other hotels and great views of the Burj Khalifa and fountains. The service is wonderful and breakfast is a great value with complimentary cocktails.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel! The exclusive amenities, including the world-class spa and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers in the garden area, fulfilled all our needs. The restaurant served exquisite meals, and the bar was ideal for a drink before heading to bed in our elite room that offered private facilities. We were thoroughly impressed with the service provided, from check-in to check-out.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow room service during peak hours. Nonetheless, it did not hinder our experiences at the hotel.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The gym equipment was impressive and the spa provided a very relaxing experience. The hotel's design and interior were top-notch, with a well-maintained landscape.

The rooms had comfortable beds and good bathrooms, with high-end bath products. Staff were helpful and attentive, and the pool area was pleasant. Guests had access to a club lounge with a superb variety of high-quality food and a terrace with stunning views.
