This hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the Dubai Mall with easy access to other hotels and great views of the Burj Khalifa and fountains. The service is wonderful and breakfast is a great value with complimentary cocktails.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel! the exclusive amenities, including the world, class spa and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers in the garden area, fulfilled all our needs. the restaurant served exquisite meals, and the bar was ideal for a drink before heading to bed in our elite room that offered private facilities. We were thoroughly impressed with the service provided, from check, in to check, out.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow room service during peak hours. Nonetheless, it did not hinder our experiences at the hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect, with convenient access to the walkway to Dubai Mall and a variety of nearby restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with luxurious fittings. The breakfast options were amazing, with the ability to order à la carte. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The gym equipment was impressive and the spa provided a very relaxing experience. The hotel's design and interior were top-notch, with a well-maintained landscape.

The spa is highly recommendable for a relaxing massage. Amazing staff who provide excellent service, going above and beyond to help with any issues.

Service and staff seems uninterested in their guests needs. the room had some problems and incredibly overpriced, not worth the money at all.

This hotel was located in the business centre, next to the biggest mall, making it convenient to access many attractions. The rooms had comfortable beds and good bathrooms, with high-end bath products. Staff were helpful and attentive, and the pool area was pleasant. Guests had access to a club lounge with a superb variety of high-quality food and a terrace with stunning views.
