address is a stunning hotel right across from the burj khalifa. our room had an amazing view of the fountain. the spa is incredible with skilled therapists that provide top-notch treatments. the staff's friendliness was truly exceptional, making us feel so welcomed during our stay.

I was upgraded to a luxurious room with breathtaking views and enjoyed exceptional professionalism from the reception team. Breakfast staff were friendly and attentive, which made mornings delightful!

The laundry service was a disappointment, returning clothes with stains and poor ironing. The concierge service was lacking. I encountered issues that took away from the experience.

Check-in felt rushed and devoid of genuine hospitality. Although the location is great, service at the pool was slow, leading to frustrating waits despite the hotel's luxurious expectations.

i absolutely loved the location but was left feeling outraged after my check-in nightmare. they dared give me a room with a roof-top view, not the fountain! and the poolside towels were always dirty. i expected special treatment—maybe a room upgrade, but nope, just regular old towels. such a letdown, so close, yet so far.

The Club Suites access was a hit with my kids, who loved the fun activities at Qix club, ensuring they had plenty to keep them entertained. We also enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the Dubai Mall, making family outings a breeze.

For dads, it would be great if the gym had dedicated hours for families to avoid the crowd.
