I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were helpful and friendly, and the prices were great value for money. The location was perfect for visiting the Expo, and there was a metro station just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast in the morning was also really good, with a good selection of options to choose from. I loved the attention to detail in the room, like the tea and coffee making facilities. I also appreciated that there were both twin bed and king bed options available.

All in all, everything was ok.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was convenient, as it was close to the Expo and a shopping mall. The service was impeccable - the staff were always available and willing to help with room service, dry cleaning, and any other needs we had. The rooftop pool and spa facilities were a much-needed relaxation spot, and the sun loungers provided a comfortable place to lounge. The room decor was modern and clean, and the amenities like air conditioning and ironing facilities made our stay very comfortable.

Had a wonderful Christmas at this hotel! the buffet breakfast was top notch, and the restaurant had a great ambiance. Loved the clean and spacious room, and the industrial-chic look was very cool. Location was key, as there were many attractions nearby. the two complementary facts that really stood out were the great housekeeping staff and the efficient and friendly front desk staff. An added bonus was the competitive room rate, which allowed us to enjoy our stay without breaking the bank.

The staff on reception were almost unapproachable and didn't seem to want to assist us in any way. we found it difficult to hail a cab during the New Year period, and there was nothing within easy walking distance to enjoy.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff, especially Kashim from housekeeping, provided excellent service and made sure everything was in order. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs as it was close to the Expo, Global Village, Miracle Garden, and Ibn Battuta Mall. Additionally, the easy access to transportation allowed me to explore the city without worrying about expensive taxi fares.

The interiors of the room were amazing with a wonderful aroma and comfortable, clean beds. The cleaning staff were polite and accommodating, making our stay quite relaxing. I recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at The Manor By Ja for 4 days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is well built and the rooms have a unique "industrial chic" design that I loved. The fixtures and fittings are top-notch, and the bathroom, despite initial reservations, looked fabulous with its black finish accessories. The housekeeping team was great, and the front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The buffet breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. The whole place has a high-quality feel and the classic designs are a winner. Highly recommended!
