The hotel exceeded our expectations with its wonderful amenities and exceptional service. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. She arranged a beautiful view room and even surprised the birthday girl with a flower decoration. The hospitality of the staff, especially Asmaa, made us feel extremely comfortable. Thank you Asmaa for the unforgettable experience! We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The check-in girl was kind and notified us when our room was ready. The staff, particularly Gemimi, promptly met our requests. The room was clean and met our expectations. The flat size is spacious and offers a lovely view. Ms. Ashmita was especially nice.

I had a great time staying at this hotel apartment. The location was perfect, being near the Marina area and close to the metro. It made it so convenient to explore the main tourist places in the city. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Plus, the view from the balcony was stunning.

The periodic washing and cleaning of the curtains and sofas could have been better.

The hotel is quiet, clean, and spacious. The staff, especially Robert, is friendly and professional. Good location near the metro and 24/7 supermarket. Room cleaning is well-done with daily fresh towels and toiletries. Excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen.

The spacious apartment is in a convenient location for visiting various attractions in Dubai, such as Old Dubai, Dubai Mall, and the Marina.
