my recent stay in abu dhabi was flawless thanks to a convenient location near attractions, cozy room with a comfy bed, and exceptional customer service at top stars. i appreciated the early check-in, clean facilities, and friendly staff. everything exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I dig simplicity, so this place really hit the spot. Basic comforts, helpful faces, and golden location - near all the goods. AC dial was a hiccup, but nothing socks couldn't fix. Free Wi-Fi kept me in the loop. Plus, the staff rocked my layover world. Cheers to Reinlin and the crew for a smooth ride. Hasta la vista, questionable towels! Next stop: glow-up lights for reading nerds like me.

The staff, especially Philip, were SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful, making check-in a breeze. the room, though small, was well-equipped, clean, and comfy with a pleasant smell. the location was convenient for shopping and had easy access to bus stops. the quiet atmosphere, comfortable beds, and decent shower made for a relaxing stay. the free late check-out option was much appreciated for a long sleep after a late arrival - jaw-dropping service indeed!

Top Stars features an excellent location near the central bus station, a big mall, and Qasr Al Hosn within walking distance. the room offers a comfortable stay with a spacious bed, reliable wifi, and friendly staff accommodating early check-ins. Great value for money and a very safe area.

Slight lingering cleaning agents smell.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Housekeeping services are top-notch, ensuring a tidy room and fresh linens. Nearby grocery shopping options make it convenient to stock up on essentials. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. St Andrew's Church and the World Trade Center Mall are just a short walk away, offering great shopping and dining experiences.

One improvement could be to enhance soundproofing in the rooms to minimize noise from neighboring guests. providing slippers would add a touch of comfort to the stay.

The staff were super accommodating, letting us check in early and giving great recommendations for food and shopping nearby - pumped for the room and shower! Shoutout to the front desk and cleaners for the awesome service, even got help with the luggage - total lifesavers. the only hiccup was the pillows being a bit uncomfortable, hoping for an upgrade next time. a solid stay with excellent service 😊.

Upon arrival at Top Stars hotel in Abu Dhabi for a business trip chosen by my director, I was immediately impressed by the exceptional hospitality displayed by the staff. Jojo and Mohamed stood out for their attentive assistance at any hour. Parking at only 15 dinars for 24 hours was convenient. the hotel's willingness to accommodate my family early at 11 am, despite the official check-in time of 1 pm, was greatly appreciated. I am thankful for the guidance provided by Reinlin, allowing us to freshen up and enjoy a delightful meal before our connecting flight. the overall service, especially during our short layover, was top-notch.
