Oh, boy, where do I start? Terrible customer service, dull location, no amenities in the bathroom, roaches in the kitchen.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is situated in the center of the city. It is also located near a local supermarket, making it easy for guests to grab any necessities they may need. the hotel is situated on a nice embankment, providing a pleasant view for guests.

There are some issues with the cleanliness of the hotel. Some guests have mentioned stains on sofas and bath tubs, which can be off-putting for visitors.

The apartment was pet-friendly and conveniently close to the central area. Plus, the rates were reasonable. I was so happy that I could bring my fur baby along on our trip. The staff, especially Osam, was great and always tried their best to make our stay enjoyable. My apartment had an absolutely gorgeous view of the downtown area. There were also grocery shops and restaurants within walking distance. The building itself was wonderful, with amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and ample parking. The apartments were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary appliances. The staff was amazing, friendly, and always helpful. I'll definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at Unlock Metropolis in Business Bay. The location was great, with beautiful views and a lovely promenade nearby for walking and biking. The apartments were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The building itself was wonderful, with amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and ample parking. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby mini markets and restaurants. it was a very good place to stay.
