The hotel had a cozy atmosphere, and the staff was amazing and always ready to help. The location was excellent, and the lifeguard at the pool was pleasant to be around.

The breakfast was a delightful combination of bread that was never toasted, spongy omelette, frozen broccoli, and an interrogation from the front desk at midnight.

Our stay at Urban Al Khoory was amazing! We were impressed by the welcoming customer service from the moment we arrived. Even though we had requested a veggie option for breakfast, it wasn't delivered on time or as requested. However, the toast, beans, and sausages were pleasant enough for us. we highly recommend this hotel for unforgettable stay in Dubai.

The staff were amazing, always friendly and quick to respond to any requests we had. The breakfast buffet was great and the hotel itself was clean and modern. The highlight for me was the awesome shower and the rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views of downtown. a great experience!

The hotel had two complementary facts offered that were a nice touch. Apart from that, it was conveniently situated close to some key locations that made it easy to get around. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the friendliness of the staff.
