During our stay, we were pleased with the hotel's convenient location, which was a short walk from the main area of restaurants. Additionally, we enjoyed the close proximity to Dubai mall, which made for a relaxing shopping experience. The room and bathroom were immaculate and elegantly decorated, providing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with dishes such as french toast and belgian waffles, which left us craving for more.

Minor issue with taxis, which were not always available near the hotel entrance.

The Waldorf Astoria DIFC offers stunning architecture and artworks, with impeccable facilities and service. The breakfast buffet and a la carte options were exceptional. Special mention to Mr. Loan from reception for his professional and special treatment. The hotel also spoiled us with a delicious anniversary cake and a swans setup in our room. We will definitely be returning.

Our corner suite had incredible views and the mid-century decor was well executed. The staff were friendly and attentive. The cocktails at Peacock Alley were outstanding. we had a fantastic stay at Waldorf Astoria.

Luxurious and impressive stay with exclusive amenities. the rooftop pool has breathtaking views and the staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. the spa centre offers an incredible full-body massage, making it a must-try. the outdoor dining area serves delicious meals with a variety of options for special diet menus.

The pool area could be crowded and finding sun loungers was a challenge. this minor issue did not affect my wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Excellent service and attentive staff. AC works well, plus they provide daily replenishment of water bottles. Breakfast of high quality and a wide selection. Top-notch facilities including a beautiful Spa and classy Cigar Bar.

Great service from check-in to check-out. Spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Close proximity to popular attractions. Skyline view of the financial district. Walking distance to Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. Late checkout option.

Felt snug, no complaints.

We had an unforgettable new year experience in the heart of the financial district. the complimentary chocolates and welcome drinks were a sweet touch. the hotel's location was unbeatable, allowing us to walk to the mall and see the famous skyscrapers from our room. We also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to other attractions.

Some of the staff members were not as helpful as we had hoped. the bell-boy didn't help us with our luggage, and the cleaning service took longer than expected.
