The rooms are so cozy and well-equipped, I couldn't have asked for more! The Nespresso machine made my mornings, and the spacious bathroom with a huge walk-in shower was a real treat.

The rain showers, although stylish, didn't quite match my preference.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated right on the creek. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll along Dubai Creek with a wide variety of food options available. the hotel is conveniently located near attractions such as Al Fandhi old neighborhood and Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding.

There were some issues with the air conditioning in the rooms which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

I recently stayed at Canopy for a week-long vacation. The black walls in the guest room added a unique touch to the stylish decor, and the wooden and concrete flooring was a pleasant surprise, not icy cold underfoot. The 4 poster bed made me feel like royalty, and I had the best night's sleep ever under the cozy duvet. The hotel's location by the Dubai Creek was perfect for evening walks along the promenade, and the dinner at Skafos was delightful. I can't wait to visit again and enjoy the shisha area in cooler weather.

The hotel had two complementary facts that were appreciated. the building had a beautiful design and the rooms were cool with the ability to control everything with a tablet. the location was positioned in a calm and relaxing area, offering holiday vibes.

This hotel is at a prime location, right on the shore of a glittering creek, which is fabulous. The nearby walking zone with cafes is simply awesome and perfect to unwind and take pictures. Also, the basic amenities in the room, such as a tablet and a shower + bathtub combo, are very convenient. Moreover, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast spread is delicious with live omelette stations.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, close to the shopping area and right on the shore of the creek. The service was excellent, from room service to housekeeping to tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The terrace was a lovely touch, with garden furniture for sitting outside.

The view from the room was enjoyable and the bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptional, showing great initiative and care. The hotel's decor was slick and the doormen always had a smile. The attention to detail was evident throughout the property. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill requests, like getting a vase late at night and providing croissants from breakfast. The staff also tracked down a lost item quickly. The room service food was better than some restaurants, and the bar had great food. The location was amazing and the hotel had a clean and modern design.
