Located in a bustling area close to a shopping mall and Acacia mall, Arcadia Suites offers a fabulous stay. The spacious rooms with separate lounges and kitchen areas are clean and comfortable. The staff provides excellent service, with quick room service and organized shuttles. The rooftop terrace restaurant serves delicious meals and breakfast options. The hotel also boasts a friendly and helpful staff, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The only downside is the WiFi access, which needs improvement.

My recent stay at Arcadia Suites was fantastic. The room was clean and modern, with snow white bedsheets and towels. I loved the tiling in the shower and the sliding doors that separated the living room and bedroom. The hotel also had a pleasant fragrance throughout the hallway. The breakfast had a good variety and they made an effort to change it up each day. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Acacia Mall. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as a lack of power outlets by the bed and occasional spotty wifi, I had a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend Arcadia Suites for a comfortable stay in Kampala.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers everything I need for a fabulous stay. The bathroom amenities are top-notch, with good water pressure and a perfect arrangement. I also appreciate the well-equipped kitchenette, although I didn't have a chance to use it during my short stay. The staff here are warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooftop terrace provides a stunning view of the surroundings, creating the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a breathtaking sunset. The food portions at the restaurant are generous and delicious, adding another highlight to my stay.

It was all superb.

Spent my thanksgiving at a hotel apartment and it was fantastic! Loved the spacious rooms and the fact that they were well equipped with basic tableware and appliances such as a microwave. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk away from the mall where there were many great restaurants and shops to choose from. Plus, the rooftop restaurant had a lovely view and served delicious food.

There were some minor issues that could have been better. The soundproofing in the rooms could use improvement, as the noise from the restaurant on the upper floor could be quite audible at night.
