The staff were all friendly and welcoming, from the doorman to the management. the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with high standards throughout the rooms and common areas. the location was perfect, with easy access to local services and transport options.

The wifi could be spotty at times and some of the staff members had a bit of an attitude. the breakfast provided was limited to only one person per room and lacked options, leading to lengthy discussions to get additional plates and a la carte options for a second guest.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect - close to the city center and easily accessible by boda for transportation. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. a great experience while in Kampala.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.
