Spent Christmas at a cozy boutique hotel. Two great pluses were the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast with many options to choose from. the location couldn't have been more ideal, close to all the city attractions and easily accessible.

The room wasn't as comfortable as expected and lacked proper maintenance. the dust on the surfaces and the dirty mosquito net was not pleasant.

I arrived late at Humura due to traffic, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in getting me settled quickly. They even went the extra mile to provide extra bedding when the AC in my connecting room stopped working. the staff made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
