the location was perfect, situated close to Lake Victoria and offering beautiful grounds. the breakfast provided was excellent and the big pool was a nice bonus. the staff were incredibly welcoming and the hotel even provided a free airport shuttle. the outdoor seating area was very inviting and there were also local bazaars for souvenir shopping.

Although the rooms were clean, the bed was uncomfortable, with two single beds pushed together instead of a double. there were some delays with the servers during meal times, which affected our overall experience slightly.

Great variety at breakfast with hot and cold options, European and traditional African foods, fresh fruits, and pastries. Wonderful hot omelettes made to order. Choice to dine outside or inside with great coffee, tea, and fresh juices. Attentive wait staff and friendly service. Fantastic pool with bar service. Complementary airport transfers. Very professional and supportive staff. Excellent breakfast.
