The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were all very kind and helpful, always ready to lend a hand when needed. The room service team was especially fantastic, offering alternative options when necessary.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the regular dusting. During my stay, I noticed that one of the side bed tables in my room was quite dusty.

While the internet worked well, the TV channels were often buffering, which made it difficult to catch up with news and complete business tasks. the steep price charged for the room may not be justified by the overall hotel experience offered.

My partner and I had a luxurious stay here. The staff was friendly and responsive, the outdoor swimming pool was lovely and the spa lounge and sauna were perfect places to relax. The massage service was fantastic, and we loved the special diet menus at the restaurant. The private facilities, including an exclusive garden area, were a nice touch.
