During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable and clean bed at the hotel. It provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for us. Additionally, the beautiful setting of the hotel, surrounded by well-maintained gardens and a flowing stream, created a romantic ambiance that enhanced our experience. We also appreciated the friendly staff who provided good service throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that we were disappointed with during our stay. the weak and slow wifi connection was frustrating, especially as we were on a romantic getaway and wanted to stay connected with our loved ones.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days while visiting the nearby Sipi Falls. The location was perfect for a rest from traveling, like an oasis! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel has a great pool and a large sauna and steam bath section that guests can use for free. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

The Victoria wing is amazing, very child-friendly. Rooms are clean and the suite is especially impressive. The breakfast is great with a lot of variety and choice. The hotel staff offers exceptional client service and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel also offers surprise birthday treats, making it even more special. The hotel has a large compound with a pool, a beautiful garden, and facilities like a sauna, steam bath, and gym. The staff is genuinely friendly and the hotel pool is really nice. The room amenities include toothbrushes, luxury shower gel, and shampoo. The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the center by car or boda.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The large compound had a beautiful pool, a well-maintained garden, and fantastic facilities such as a sauna, steam bath, and gym. The staff were friendly and professional, and the wifi was fairly reliable in the restaurant and pool area. Our room was comfortable, with a balcony and a great view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. It was also convenient that the resort was only a 10-minute drive or boda ride from the city center.

I recently stayed at the Resort in Mbale for a couple of nights for a business trip. The manager, Abraham, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The entire staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant, were professional and always ready to assist. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and my room had a balcony which was great for drying clothes. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the beds were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the convenience of being able to purchase beverages by the pool at night and the delicious food at the restaurant. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent food and lots of variety. Helpful staff carried our cases. Hotel has two sections, we stayed in the original wing.

The hotel had fantastic views of the surrounding greenery and the rooms were spacious. The ample parking was a great convenience. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially the restaurant guys.

After trekking up Mt Elgon, we were in need of some luxury and Mbale Resort delivered. The staff were friendly and professional, and we were impressed with the modern facilities and comfortable beds in the newer building. The pool was a highlight, as was the good air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed the use of the sauna and steam room at the health club.

I was amazed by the beautiful and peaceful ambiance of the resort during my recent stay. The rooms were spacious and modern, making me feel like I was at a home away from home. The level of cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel staff were friendly and hospitable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the music volume in the gardens and swimming pool being a bit too loud in the evening, and the absence of an elevator, overall I highly recommend this resort. It provided unimaginable luxury and support, and every penny I paid was worth it.
