Beautiful gardens and excellent views of the lake. The pool area was very relaxing and the breakfast buffet was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Limited menu options and slow internet connections. Some noise could be heard from nearby rooms.

The staff provides an excellent service and personal attention to all guests. The room advantages are exceptional, with beautiful decoration and high-quality furniture. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, with fresh and high-quality local and international dishes. The location offers stunning views of the lake and beautiful surroundings.

The only minor issue we had was with the Wi-Fi connection, which was a bit slow at times. Nonetheless, this hotel is a top-class venue, and this detail did not affect our overall stay.
