The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed, with comfortable beds and mosquito nets for a restful night's sleep. The wifi connection was strong throughout my entire stay, which was a huge plus. The SPA prices were reasonable and the treatments were top-notch. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me with arranging airport transfers and a car and driver for my sightseeing adventures. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent New Year's at this hotel and had a great time! the fireworks display in the garden was amazing and the atmosphere was festive. the hotel's location was perfect , right in the center of town with easy access to banks, government offices, and taxis. the old, fashioned design of the rooms blended with a contemporary touch, giving it a unique charm. the Fez restaurant served excellent food and the wine service was top, notch.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool which was a great way to cool off. The hotel's location near the embassies was very convenient, and it was within walking distance of the Uganda Ministry of Health. Despite being close to the CBD, the hotel was situated on a quiet road with a beautiful lush garden. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel had a charming colonial decor with candlelit evenings that created a lovely atmosphere. the team at the hotel showed amazing teamwork and spirit, especially during a stormy dinner when they were still able to provide excellent service. the hotel's location, opposite another hotel, made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy the pool.

The quality of the food in the restaurant was poor, not meeting European standards. the presentation and overall quality of the food was disappointing.
