We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast provided was of good quality and plentiful. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the sea on the cliff, and very close to the beach. Additionally, the hotel was near enough to everything and not far from the station, making transportation convenient.

The accommodations at 10to12 were perfect for our family of 5. We loved the modern and clean rooms, with a double room for us and an adjoining room for our kids. The parking right outside was convenient, and we enjoyed the beautiful walk along the front to find dinner. The breakfast provided was really good, and overall, we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely use 10to12 again on our way to France.

Great location, very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast! the hotel is situated in a great area, close to local amenities and key tourist destinations. We particularly enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast, which had locally sourced ingredients. Another advantage was how well-presented and clean the rooms were. It felt like the hotel was organized with meticulous detail.

We found it quite inconvenient not to have fresh milk on arrival, and the Wi-Fi was somewhat dubious, working fine on devices we logged in elsewhere yet not on three different devices in this establishment. It was a nuisance, considering we had to use the internet for some work-related activities.

I had a fantastic stay at this newly renovated hotel in a beautiful historic building. The rooms were spacious and stylishly decorated, with high ceilings and period features. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of choices and high-quality ingredients. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and the town center.

The only improvement I can suggest is the option to have a picnic lunch for guests who plan on spending the day out or going on a long journey. Other than that, my experience was flawless.
