The front desk staff was always available and extremely helpful. We appreciated the spaciousness of our room and the cleanliness of the lobby. we had a great experience and would consider staying here again.

The spacious studio apartment was well-furnished and had plenty of plug points. The kitchen was a good size and even had complimentary biscuits, tea, and coffee. The staff were attentive and responsive, ensuring a positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location and unbeatable value.

Jacuzzi baths and A/C were a bonus in the heatwave. The receptionist was super helpful, kind, and friendly.

The jacuzzi baths were a hit with the children, and the A/C was a bonus during the heatwave. The helpful and friendly receptionist made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a confirmed check-in time of 3pm, but when I arrived, I was politely informed of a short delay. The staff offered to help with my heavy luggage and despite a small miscommunication about the location of my room, they quickly resolved it. The apartment was modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, with the tube station just a few minutes away. The housekeeping staff kept the apartment impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend this residence for its helpful staff, convenient location, and well-equipped apartments.
