The stone cottage was a little gem and immaculate on cleanliness. The peaceful outlook onto a well-manicured garden was a definite plus. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. The spacious walk-in shower and extra large towels were a nice touch. The bedroom was tranquil and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host was very accommodating and provided extra bedding upon request. The welcome treats were a delicious indulgence. it felt like a home away from home.

The sofa was a bit challenging to get up from. The key safe was difficult to open, which required us to disturb the owner for assistance.

This property far exceeded my expectations. It was roomy, warm, and had everything you needed and more. The key system was excellent and there was a warm welcome from our host. The location is great for hiking and it's a short walk into the village center. The bed was very comfortable and there was a huge sofa for relaxing. The kitchen was really well-equipped and the owners have added lots of extra touches to make it feel homely. The hosts were friendly and welcoming without being overbearing.

The shower had a minor issue of overflowing, which led to a wet bath mat on the floor.

I had a blast hiking and cycling in the area, with free WiFi to post my sweaty selfies. Plus, I got to enjoy the lovely garden views and parking!
