We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Kingsbridge. The value for money was great, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the estuary and just a short walk into town. The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze.

Breakfast items could have been improved, maybe offering a wider variety of choices.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment along the estuary and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, a short walk from the town centre and with convenient parking on-site. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had modern fittings. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure and plentiful hot water. The kitchen/lounge area was well-equipped and the WiFi worked well. it was a pleasure to stay at this apartment.

The location of the property is excellent, with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and a nearby inn. The property is also directly opposite the river, offering scenic views. The beds in the spacious rooms are comfortable, and the property was overall clean.

Some furniture in the living and dining area appeared worn and could use refurbishment.

The location was mind-blowing, super close to the town and Crabshell restaurant. The apartment was spacious and clean, with two bathrooms - jaw-dropping! We loved having a balcony and free parking in the underground garage. The lift was convenient and the communication from the owners was excellent. We enjoyed hiking, cycling, and the nearby water activities like canoeing, fishing, snorkelling, and diving. The apartment had everything we needed, from an electric kettle to cookware and a flat-screen TV. Plus, it was great that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on-site. We had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again.

We were guests at a wedding in Thurlestone and this apartment was perfect. Nice and roomy, great location on the estuary and a short walk down into the town. Convenient parking on-site. The check-in was very straightforward. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with an en-suite and there's an additional bathroom, so perfect for 3-4 people. The large kitchen/lounge is well-equipped, everything you might need for self-catering. WiFi is provided and works as expected. Much easier than staying in a hotel and a better deal as local hotels had hiked their prices due to the wedding and it being May bank holiday weekend.
