I had a lovely stay at this bed and breakfast. the owner, Alison, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in the excellent service. the room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches to make it feel like home. the breakfast was freshly cooked with high-quality ingredients, and I particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed juice. the location may have been a bit further from the Old town than expected, but it was more than made up for by the outstanding service.

My wife and I had a fantastic weekend stay at 15 Grosvenor. The location is perfect, just a minute away from the beach with stunning sea views from our room. The boutique B&B has been beautifully restored with attention to detail, from the luxurious toiletries to the Egyptian cotton sheets. Alison, the owner, was an excellent host, providing personalized service and delicious homemade breakfast choices. We can't wait to return and explore more of this lovely property!

Great location for exploring the beach and town. Parking was free and easily available. the room was lovely, with added amenities like a fridge and ceiling fan. the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of tasty options. the honesty bar was a bonus, keeping my teenager happy with plenty of chocolate.

The noise from the main road outside the hotel. It can get quite busy and noisy, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The value for money at this bed & breakfast was excellent, and the room was cozy and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with the sea just a stone's throw away and the ability to walk to the old town. The staff, especially Alison, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

One small suggestion to make the breakfast even better would be to offer the option of having the fried egg separate from the toast.

We stayed at a beautiful B&B in Hastings and had an amazing time. the owner, Alison, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. the house was adorable and had everything we needed. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the sea. the attention to detail in the decor was impressive, and it was clear that a lot of love had gone into refurbishing and restoring the place. We felt right at home immediately. the location was perfect, situated at a quieter end of the beach but still within walking distance of Hastings Pier. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

The host was friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. the rooms were tastefully decorated to a high standard and had thoughtful touches like quality toiletries and a selection of teas. the location was great, with a lovely beach just across the road and easy access to the town.

There was no outside space or garden, which would have been a nice addition to the hotel. However, the owner mentioned that they are currently working on creating a garden area at the back of the property, so this issue might be resolved soon.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to a train station, making it easy to travel. It is right on the seafront, across a small park, and opposite the sea. The rooms are stylishly decorated with modern colors and have comfortable beds. The bathroom facilities are very good. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with a friendly and accommodating host. The breakfast selection is perfect, with options like a full English or vegan breakfast. There is also an honesty bar with a good selection of drinks and snacks. The hotel offers free parking on the promenade opposite, which is a great advantage.
