the cleanliness was abysmal, with a used e-cigarette on the drawers and green in the shower. i also expected to be greeted with a lovely complimentary gesture for my special stay, but apparently that’s only for special guests? not me, i guess. i’m so disappointed i almost gave a positive review, but just couldn’t.

I loved the large window in my room, which provided fantastic natural light, making the cozy space feel inviting. The nearby shops and eateries added great convenience to my stay.

We explored the National Museum of Scotland and caught a show at the Playhouse Theatre. The room was clean and cozy, and the location was super handy. A nice garden out front for relaxing. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Perfect spot for those who want to enjoy the local vibe!

However, we did face a bit of an issue with the shower. The temperature kept fluctuating, making it tough to enjoy a hot shower after a long day out. Just something to keep in mind.

this place is in a quiet area but still close enough to get to the city center pretty easily, the room was cozy and clean, and having a kettle and fridge was really nice. the bed was super comfy and i slept really well every night. i also liked that there were cute cafes and pubs nearby. the owner was friendly and super helpful too.

but the wifi was spotty and kept dropping out. There are a lot of stairs to climb if u have heavy bags, which was a little annoying.
