We had a wonderful stay at 17 Hertford Street. the location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Hyde Park Corner metro station, Picadilly, Trafalgar Square, and Buckingham Palace. the apartment itself was bright and comfortable, with high ceilings and large windows. It had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. the staff, especially Lucy, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We were even upgraded to a bigger unit with a living room and kitchen, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the company of friends. it was a fantastic experience.

Our stay at 17 Hertford Street was fantastic. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The studio apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, with a functional kitchenette and modern bathroom. The reception staff were helpful and efficient, making our check-in and check-out process smooth. The wifi worked well, and the TV had a good selection of channels. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a great London experience. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a place that was conveniently located near Park Lane, making it easy for us to explore the city. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including turn down service. The bathroom was a good size and the room had a comfortable bed. The property was clean and well-equipped with laundry facilities and a hair dryer.

Despite informing the front desk multiple times, these issues were not resolved.

I recently stayed at 17 Hertford Street for 11 nights and 12 days. The location was perfect, situated in a central and strategic area. I was able to easily walk to all the attractions, including Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent support and hospitality services. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Perfect location, fully equipped kitchen, chilled ambiance, tiny fridge, small elevator but not a problem for 2-3 people. 😊

The location was very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to central London. the reception staff were helpful and even carried my luggage. the apartment had all the necessary facilities, including a kitchen and clothes washing facilities, which were really useful. the heating was good, and I felt safe throughout my stay. the building even had a lift, which was a plus.

Had a Xmas stay and there were a few good things about it. the location was super convenient, smack dab in the middle of everything you'd want to do around the city center. Plus, they offered turn-down service which was a really nice touch. And, the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in.

For starters, the room was not properly cleaned before we checked-in. To make matters worse, the TV wasn't functional and we had a hard time connecting with the front desk.

Close to central area, 15-min walk to tube station. Perfect location, fabulous restaurant nearby. Warm, clean and comfortable bed. No street or room noise. Practical kitchen space. Charming building/entrance. Friendly reception staff. Daily room maintenance. Entrance near restaurant. Amazing location near Green Park and Buckingham Palace. Easy access to Green Park station. Kitchen with cooking gear. Helpful staff, assisted with luggage storage. Convenient Mayfair location, with restaurants, pubs, and services nearby. Good noise isolation. Full kitchen and large bathroom. Comfortable bed, quality bedding, towels, and toiletries. Cleaners every few days. Easy heating, AC, and hot water. Helpful reception staff. Comfortable space to come 'home' to.
