The room decor was lovely and comfortable, and the bathroom was also good. The staff were generally helpful and the breakfast in the bistro was excellent. The location of the hotel was great, especially if attending a nearby wedding at Holmes Mill.

There were a few issues during our stay. The lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem, as it was hot and humid and made it difficult to sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city, right next to the brewery and close to bars and restaurants. The rooms were beautifully designed with luxury furnishings, and the bathrooms were gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of local produce. The hotel was spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

One small downside was the noise from other guests, especially when kids were running up and down the hallway after midnight.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The rooms were incredibly spacious, with big windows that let in lots of natural light. The furnishings were modern and stylish, and the beds were super comfy. The bathrooms were luxurious, with huge showers and soft towels. We also enjoyed the large wall-mounted TVs in our rooms. The hotel had a fantastic Bar and Grill where we had a delicious meal, and we were able to enjoy drinks at the Beer Hall next door. The location was great, just a short walk from the town center, and there was even a brewery bar and food hall nearby. it was a perfect stay for us as young people.

I got a great value for my money at this stunning hotel converted from an old mill. The room was fresh, modern, and the bathroom was spotless with a super shower. The staff were friendly and even provided complimentary toiletries. The location was convenient, and the bed was super comfortable.

More breakfast choices would have been nice, like scrambled egg and avocado on toast. The orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, and croissants ran out early in the morning, which was a disappointment.

This hotel in the heart of a bustling town offers incredible value for money. The rooms, adorned with lovely older touches, are equipped with basic amenities and boast powerful showers. The staff, especially Tracy, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast, priced at 8.50, is a delightful start to the day with an array of amazing L'Occitane toiletries.

Parking can be a challenge, but the overall experience was fantastic.

During our romantic escape, we found the hotel to be beautifully modern whilst still keeping its original charm. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which added to the relaxed ambiance of the place. The location was ideal, as it was a stone’s throw away from the food and drink halls and close to several key attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered options for all tastes.

The biggest downside was the parking situation, as it was difficult to find a space nearby and we had to walk a fair distance with our luggage. This meant that we had to rethink our plans for the evening as we couldn’t enjoy a few drinks to celebrate.

We stayed at Holmes Mill for our wedding and decided to return for a day/night stay. The location is great, close to dining options. The hotel is stunning and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and airy, and the bathroom was a good size. We enjoyed breakfast at the nearby Bowland Food Hall, which was fabulous. a fantastic experience.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the town, with everything you need just a stone's throw away. The rooms on the second floor are beautifully decorated and come with really comfortable beds - perfect for a good night's sleep. The powerful shower in the bathroom, complete with L'Occitane toiletries, is an added luxurious touch. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with little extras provided, and the breakfast at just £8.50 was great value for money.

Everything was okay, but there was occasional street noise from passing cars.

the centrally located venue was excellent - professional staff, top-notch breakfast made with locally sourced ingredients, and contemporary, comfortable rooms made our stay in Clitheroe even more memorable.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right opposite the bus station and next to the cleaner's store. It is also close to shops, restaurants, and the town center, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are varied and delicious. a great choice for a stay in the area.

The building and décor were spectacular, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. The lively and buzzing atmosphere in the pub and bar/bistro was a real highlight, creating a fun and relaxing ambiance. The cocktails were excellent, although a bit pricey. The addition of a pianist was a lovely touch, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The staff, especially Sarah and Jess, were pleasant, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our visit. The comfortable and stylish bedroom, along with the large TV, made for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The lack of attention to detail in the room, with scuffs and marks on the walls. the noise from other guests, particularly kids running around after midnight, was disruptive and took away from the overall experience.
