I recently stayed at 184 Unity Resort for a weekend getaway with my family. The spacious living area and lovely garden were perfect for us. The caravan was spotless and had a delightful scent when we walked in. The heating system kept us cozy in the mornings, and the rotary line in the garden was handy for drying our swim towels. The park facilities, especially the soft play and splash park, were top-notch. The staff were helpful, and the entertainment was enjoyable. I'm already planning to book again and would choose this site over others like Haven and Butlins.

Holidays at the hotel were amazing! Loved the fact that it was affordable and ideally located. The clean and comfortable accommodations offered many kitchenette facilities, making it convenient for cooking. The enclosed garden was a lovely bonus, providing a private and relaxing space to enjoy. The caravan was spacious and in a great location, with easy access to all the amenities. The shower was a highlight, it was lovely and powerful, and the central heating was a welcome relief after a cold swim. my experience at the hotel was fantastic!

There were a few things that could be improved. The water pressure was a bit low, but it didn't ruin the overall experience.

The attention to detail in the caravan was amazing, with heating facilities that allowed me to stay comfortable regardless of the weather. It had two bathrooms, which was a huge plus in the mornings. The host was helpful and informative. The caravan was modern and spotlessly clean, including all the cooking facilities. The dedicated parking spot and outdoor veranda were perfect for chatting on warm nights. The location was also great, close to all the amenities. The beds were comfy and the site staff even went above and beyond by escorting us to the caravan to ensure we didn't get lost. The security staff patrolled on foot throughout the night, providing excellent peace of mind. I can honestly say that this place exceeded my expectations and offered fantastic value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Unity Resort! The outdoor enclosed garden was perfect for our twin boys, and it would be great for families with older kids too. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk to the on-site park and the beach. The caravan itself was one of the nicest we've seen, with attention to detail and modern facilities. The two bathrooms were a bonus, and we loved having our own outdoor veranda. The staff went above and beyond, even taking us to the caravan and providing security throughout the night. Amazing value for money!

stayed in brean before, but 184 unity resort was beyond amazing. attention to detail and cleanliness were outstanding. staff went above and beyond, even driving to caravan with us. loved the outdoor verander and comfy beds. overall, a fantastic value for money and highly recommended.

Spacious and great location. The caravan appeared clean and had basic equipment to use. Nice side grass area and private parking space. The shower was lovely and powerful and the central heating was welcome after a cold swim. The beds were nice and comfy and the caravan was in a great location, just a 10-minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Had a musty smell when we arrived and it looked like the curtains, nets, and sofa cushions could do with freshening up. Some of the nets and curtain rails were broken and the kitchen tap seems a little temperamental.

The location of the resort was ideal, very close to amenities and attractions. The caravan itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It had all the necessary facilities and even had heating options for colder days. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing quick assistance when needed.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. there was no kitchen bin, which would have been useful for cleanliness.
