My wife says that the bathroom lacked sufficient space for toiletries. For families, an extra shelving unit or hooks could be handy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making us feel right at home. the location is fabulous, with Shepherds Market two blocks away, a short walk to Hyde Park, and just a 5-minute stroll to the tube. the spacious apartment was meticulously cleaned daily, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. the staff were always impeccably dressed and maintained a high standard of service.

Perhaps the cleaning staff could give more notice before entering the room for cleaning to allow guests to prepare. the shower drain in the bathroom could benefit from more regular cleaning to enhance the overall experience.
