This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - very close to Haymarket train station and in the city center, yet away from the busy tourist area. The beautiful neighborhood added to the charm of the hotel. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a great bathroom and private facilities. Plus, the breakfast that was included was a great way to start the day.

The location was convenient as it was close to the train station and walking distance from several tourist spots. the room was well-decorated and had a cozy ambiance.

The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent, which made it feel like a wasted effort to even try to shower. the provided kettle had a short cord that made it impossible to plug in without having to rest it on the carpet.
