Beautifully decorated and clean property with a stunning view of the racecourse. Convenient location near restaurants, bars, and amenities. Thoughtful extras like a welcome bottle of Prosecco, chocolates, and breakfast treats. Angela was a fantastic host, attentive and helpful. Would love to stay again.

The house was well-appointed and had a quirky layout across three levels. the central location with parking was a great bonus. the owner clearly made an effort to make us feel welcome with complementary wine, chocolates, and other thoughtful touches. the house was clean and had a high standard of decor. the views from the front elevation overlooking the racecourse were superb. it was a fantastic find and we would highly recommend it.

The location of this apartment was incredible - just a short walk from the main street and with views of the racecourse. the apartment itself was much bigger than expected, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. the hosts were lovely and left some extra treats which was a nice surprise.

there was no hand soap provided in any of the toilets, which was a bit inconvenient. there were some maintenance problems, such as broken blinds and a constant smell in the ensuite bathroom.

We had a lovely stay at the racecourse townhouse. the location is fantastic, with stunning views of the racecourse and just a short walk to the main town and sightseeing areas. the property was clean and fresh, and we appreciated the little surprises left for us, such as prosecco, chocolates, milk. the beds, linen, and towels were of hotel quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. the owner was also very responsive to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Racecourse Townhouse 23 Black Friars and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with fresh and bright rooms. The hotel facilities were great, with attention to detail such as a welcome bottle of Prosecco and chocolates. The location was superb, offering amazing views of a famous attraction. The staff were attentive and responsive, providing quick communication.
