We had a fantastic week at the cottage by the river in the center. The courtyard garden allowed us to watch the punting boats go by. Parking right outside was great. The cottage was well equipped with a kitchen including a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher. It was tastefully decorated, immaculate, and super clean. The bathroom had a bath and separate shower. Huge TV with Amazon prime and Netflix. The beds were super comfy and we all slept well. The host was helpful and provided great self-check-in instructions. It felt like a home from home. Perfect setting and location.

We had an excellent stay at the cottage. The value for money was great, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city, with major sights and a pub just around the corner. The free parking right in front of the house was a huge bonus. The host was extremely helpful and always quick to respond.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

loved our recent stay in canterbury, but riverside cottage was even better! perfect location, close to restaurants & cafes. beautiful cottage, tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed. lovely garden and great host who was responsive and helpful. highly recommended!
