We really got great value for our money at Host & Stay - 39 Marine Parade. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had beautiful views. The location was perfect, right by the seafront, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful, modern apartment with stunning views of the sea and pier. the location was excellent, with easy parking and plenty of amenities nearby. the apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was spotlessly clean. the beds were comfortable, although we had to be careful around the corners. the shower was excellent and there was ample storage space. We also enjoyed the TV catch-up services for rainy days. it was a perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The apartment was modern and well-decorated, with a fantastic fitted kitchen and spacious lounge area. the views were amazing, with a great view of the beach, perfect for breakfast. the bed was extremely comfortable and there was a handy dressing table near plug sockets.

The drains in the bathroom had a really bad smell that definitely needed some attention. the bathroom itself was starting to look tired.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right beside the beach, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the Pier. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and good facilities. The kitchen area is well-equipped, making it convenient for guests. The hotel also has good internet signal and provides complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar for guests to enjoy.

The sofa in the room was uncomfortable to sit on and the blinds were difficult to open, which made it challenging to fully enjoy the beautiful sea views.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay - right beside the beach, with mesmerizing views of the sea, pier, and surfers. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a modern and beautiful apartment with all the amenities I could need. the mesmerizing views of the sea, pier, and surfers from the location were absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee. the apartment was spotless and provided the perfect space for a well-deserved rest. Saltburn served as a great base for our other trips, with fantastic restaurants and bars in the town. After long walks, we were so relaxed that we fell asleep early, a true testament to a great holiday.

We traveled here for my Mother's 72nd birthday and adored our stay at Host & Stay. The location is amazing, right beside the beach. The apartment exceeded our expectations with its size and coolness despite the hot weather. The free parking right outside was convenient, and the thoughtful provision of tea, coffee, and milk was a nice touch. The modern furniture, spacious rooms, and beautiful view over the beach made our stay even better. The fitted kitchen, comfortable bed, and waterfall shower added to the overall experience. With a short walk to bars and restaurants, we would definitely return.
