I got great value for my money at 42 The Calls. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the shops and bars nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved by ensuring that the hot dishes are served at the right temperature.

The room itself was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and good natural light. The hotel also had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, adding to the overall luxurious feel. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The only minor issue I encountered was with one member of staff on the last day, who seemed a bit lacking in customer service skills.

I didn't have the best night's sleep at the hotel. The windows were quite thin and didn't block out the outside noise, the curtains were not blackout curtains, and the walls were paper-thin, leading to a lot of noise disturbances.

Nothing for me

The location was very convenient for my business trip, with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. The spacious room offered a comfortable bed and clean bathroom, with a lovely view of the river. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making check in and check out quick and easy.

Although the room was comfortable, it lacked some modern amenities and could have used some updates in terms of decor. The carpet had a few stains and the TV was quite small.
