Perfect location next to Lincoln Castle entrance and a short walk to the Cathedral and top of Steep Hill. Lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby. The cottage is clean, recently renovated, and spacious, with all the amenities you need for a short stay. Dog-friendly, with a park across the road. The parking space is tight but convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located cottage. Its historic features and high standard renovation created a lovely atmosphere. The owners were extremely helpful, providing us with plenty of useful local information. Additionally, the cottage had a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Having our own parking spot was a bonus, although it only accommodated small cars. we enjoyed a quiet and comfortable experience in this cozy cottage.

I recently stayed at 5 Union Road and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-equipped. It was great value for money, and I particularly appreciated that it was dog-friendly, with a convenient dog walking place opposite. The amenities were top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The renovations were tastefully done, and the central heating kept the room warm. The hotel is ideally situated near the cathedral quarter and various dining options, offering the best of both worlds. The owners were easily reachable and always helpful. There were two charming pubs nearby, and I highly recommend the Strugglers Inn. my husband, our two small dogs, and I had a fantastic time, thanks to the personal touches and peaceful location overlooking the castle walls.

We had an incredible stay at this centrally-located cottage. It was clean, well-equipped, and excellent value for money. The hosts were really helpful and responsive to our questions, and the location couldn't have been better.

We loved staying at the cottage on Union Road. It was well-equipped, warm throughout our stay, and had a fantastic location right next to the entrance of the castle. The high ceilings were a bonus for my tall husband, and the cottage had all the modern facilities we needed. The hosts were friendly and provided lots of information, and the garden was a lovely sun trap. it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return to this quaint cottage.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with it being in the middle of everything and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, cafes, and the best sites in the area. The cottage is well equipped and provides everything needed for an enjoyable stay. the cottage is dog-friendly, which is a great advantage, and there is a dog walking place just opposite, making it convenient for pet owners.

The noise from the adjacent pub and street can be bothersome, especially on Saturday nights.
