Cosy and comfortable property in a lovely location. Well-appointed kitchen, huge dining room, and large gorgeous lounge with an open fire. Fun-filled games room with pool table, darts, karaoke, and board games. Host Rosie is accommodating and attentive, with excellent communication and thoughtful touches.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Newton Manor House. The house easily accommodated our large group and provided plenty of space for us to relax and socialize. Everything was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, and we were delighted to find the house beautifully decorated for Christmas. The availability of logs for the fire added to the cozy atmosphere, and our host, Rosie, was incredibly attentive and helpful. The well-appointed kitchen, large dining room, and gorgeous lounge with an open fire made our time together extra special. And let's not forget the games room - it was the pièce de résistance! So many hours of fun with the pool table, darts, karaoke, and board games. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more perfect place to celebrate.

The location of the house is great, with easy access to nature walks and a shop nearby. The house itself is huge, with plenty of sofa seats and recreational rooms for a large group. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival and even decorated for Christmas.

The bathroom fittings, particularly the shower which was hard to control.

I recently stayed at a beautiful house in Falkland for my birthday celebration, and it was absolutely perfect for hosting a large group. The house, Newton Manor, exceeded all expectations with its grand and spacious interior. There was more than enough room for all of us, and we especially loved the lovely secluded back garden with BBQ facilities and a fire pit. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, even setting up the BBQ for our arrival. We were also impressed by the mix of older style furniture and modern decor in the house, creating a unique and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen was excellent, equipped with everything we needed, and the large dining table was perfect for our group meals. it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend Newton Manor for any big group celebrations.

The location was great, only a short drive from a major city. The house had all the necessary amenities for cooking and even had indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The privacy of the garden, surrounded by trees, was a nice touch. The host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. We also enjoyed the nearby shops, pub, and nature walks.

The layout of the house was a bit quirky, as described by the host. The lack of a shower in the family bathroom was inconvenient, especially for larger groups.
