The database was user-friendly and easy to navigate, allowing for quick and efficient searches. the extensive collection of information provided was impressive. The room I stayed in had stunning views of the surrounding mountains, making for a truly memorable experience. Cons: the WiFi connection in the room was a bit spotty at times, causing some minor inconvenience when trying to access the database on my laptop.

We loved staying at the self, contained suite at 73 Westend. the accommodation was well, equipped, cozy, and had a lovely sitting area. the self, service breakfast was a nice touch, allowing us to start our day at our own pace. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect for exploring Lewis and Harris. Although the stairs to the kitchen/lounge were a bit steep for me, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was a great find during my recent stay on the Isle of Lewis. the hosts were exceptionally friendly and informative, making us feel right at home. the self-contained suite was a lovely touch, with a cozy bedroom and bathroom on the top floor and a spacious living room and kitchen below. Breakfast was a breeze with the ingredients provided, catering to our schedule. the ease of self-service breakfast in the apartment was a real treat, allowing us to start our day whenever we pleased. the hosts were not only accommodating but also knowledgeable about the local area, enhancing our experience.

If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to consider making the stairs to the kitchen/lounge area a bit less steep. While this wasn't a major issue, it could pose a challenge for those with mobility concerns.

Outstanding hospitality and well-equipped apartment

the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a generously stocked pantry. the location was convenient for exploring both Lewis and Harris, and the host's recommendations for activities in the area were invaluable. the only improvement could be a more visible sign for easier location identification upon arrival.

Janet, the host, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the double ensuite room was wonderful, and I also had access to a separate lounge/dinette area. Janet provided a wide range of delicious food for breakfast, which was constantly replenished. Despite taking care of her husband, who had just come out of the hospital, Janet was incredibly kind and helpful. the entire place was clean, well-organized, and had a stocked pantry and fridge. There were also helpful books and guides in the basement living area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic and spotlessly clean. The added bonus of having our own lounge area and cooking facilities made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Isle of Lewis, and the hosts Janet and Mirko were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt so welcome and appreciated their great tips. it was excellent value for money and a wonderful experience.

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
