We had a wonderful stay at 81 The Prom. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The breakfast options were delicious and the hot food was made to order. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the town center. We also appreciated the free parking available right outside the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the central location of this hotel. It was right next to Neptunes fountain, bars, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring Cheltenham. The warm welcome from the owners, Raj and Rani, made me feel at home. The family suite on the top floor was spacious and comfortable, with luxurious bath towels and nice toiletries provided. The personal touch and care from the owners added to the overall experience. The breakfast options were enjoyable, with unique choices like homemade Frittata and Indian flatbreads with yogurt and pickle. The presence of an Indian restaurant and a basement cocktail bar run by the owners' son was a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the shopping center and enjoy the vibrant nightlife, as there was even a nightclub right across the street. Our room was newly refurbished and provided enhanced comfort with amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a delicious cooked meal that left us satisfied and ready for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
