My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. the location is superb, right in the heart of the town, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions such as the Castle and Wiston Castle. the house has a charming, cozy atmosphere, tastefully restored to perfection. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a homey feel. the staff has organized everything efficiently, from the help-yourself breakfast to the well-maintained garden area and lounge.

Another minor issue was the need for a plug replacement in the sink of the top bathroom.

The room felt like a cozy retreat with a balcony, comfy sofa, and soundproofing - perfect for unwinding after a busy day as a business traveler.

Some street noise might bother light sleepers.

We had a fantastic stay at 8A Spring Gardens for a weekend getaway. The historic listed property was beautifully restored with a fabulous atmosphere. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the family next door made sure everything ran smoothly. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with a four-poster bed, sofa, and even a piano! The shared bathroom was clean and had a lovely shower and roll top bath. The communal facilities, including the kitchen and lounge, were well-equipped and made us feel right at home. Plus, the hotel's location opposite a good restaurant and near a large Tesco was very convenient. Parking at the rear of the property and on the road was easy to find. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the property had a peaceful atmosphere due to its location away from heavy traffic. I had a great experience at 8A Spring Gardens and would recommend it to others.

Though minor issues like soft pillows or occasional WiFi interruptions, the value and comfort outweighed any drawbacks. A budget-friendly option with thoughtful touches, like a basic breakfast and themed rooms, added to the charm. Looking forward to a return visit.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at 8A Spring Gardens. The beautiful property had lots of character, and our room was spacious with lovely artwork. The shared bathroom was well-appointed, complete with a roll top bath and shower. We appreciated the variety of breakfast cereals, milk, juice, fresh fruit, teas, and coffee available. The Wi-Fi throughout the house was a great convenience. Parking was easy to find, either directly outside or at the nearby surface car park, and there was a Lidl just a minute's walk away. The small garden and seating area were a lovely touch. Our host was friendly and efficient, making our stay a fantastic find.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful building in the heart of town. The period room was spacious with a lovely canopy bed and unique furniture. I enjoyed the balcony with its wrought iron work and wisteria. The property itself was well-appointed, with fresh flowers, a charming kitchen, and a cozy dining room. I also loved the secluded garden, perfect for al fresco dining. Lucy, the host, was very accommodating and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. it was a fantastic experience that I hope to repeat in the future.
