Great central location to explore the city and within walking distance of major attractions. the parking facility was ideal and convenient. Loved the complimentary biscuits, tea, coffee, and very happy to find a small fridge in the room. the owner was extremely helpful and gave us excellent information about the area.

The insulation in the building seemed insufficient and we could hear everything happening outside. the room was not soundproofed adequately.

We had an amazing stay in Belfast! The location was perfect, close to the train station and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The area was vibrant with several shops nearby, including a large Tesco for all our needs. Our room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we could ask for. The service was exceptional, with Haylee and Manuel always available and providing excellent service. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable facilities provided.

The street outside could get a bit noisy at times, but earplugs were provided to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in a residential area of East Belfast. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a room with a clean bathroom and even a fridge. The staff provided great service, and I loved the attention to detail like the private bathroom. The location was ideal, as it was not far from busses that could take me to the center of the city. The hotel also provided basic amenities, like wifi and tea/coffee, and even had facilities for me to cook meals if required. a great experience!
