We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owner, Jade, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She even checked on us in the morning to see how we were doing. The room was recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and everything was nicely decorated. Breakfast was included and it was amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The location was also perfect, as it was very close to a good pub with food, called The Old Inn.

We recently stayed at a motel on the side of an A-road, about a mile outside of town. The A35 Pit Stop Rooms provided exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and tidy, with tea and coffee making facilities. The hot water in the shower was excellent, and the staff were efficient and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous breakfast served in the on-site cafe. The cheerful and helpful staff, especially Jade, went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and quickly resolved any issues we had. The location was convenient, with Axminster just a mile away and the beaches only 15 minutes by car. it was excellent value for the price, and we would definitely consider returning.

The staff was friendly and helpful, both at check-in and during breakfast. The room was clean and I appreciated the tea/coffee tray and toiletries provided. The wifi connection was reliable. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and allows guests to come and go as they please, which I found convenient. The beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. The breakfast served in the attached cafe was delicious, and the service was excellent. it was a pleasant stay.

The value for money at A35 Pit Stop Rooms was excellent - clean rooms, good sized bathroom, and a scrumptious breakfast included. The location was perfect for our needs, just a short cab ride away from our event. The staff, especially Paula, provided fantastic service and made us feel genuinely welcome.

I recently stayed at a convenient, clean, and affordable accommodation on my way home. The room at this place was spotless, warm, and comfortable. Although it was a little noisy due to its proximity to the main road, it didn't bother me as I was more focused on convenience rather than a holiday. The price was great, especially considering it also included breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging for the keys to be held at the nearby petrol station for our late arrival. this place met all my criteria and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi. Surprisingly quiet despite being next to a busy main road. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Convenient parking and nearby amenities. Would definitely stay again! PERFECT for cyclists, fishing enthusiasts, and tennis lovers. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

My room was clean, modern, and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed. The shower was excellent, and the room had a pleasant fragrance. Despite being near a road, the traffic noise was barely noticeable, allowing me to sleep peacefully. The parking area provided great security for my motorcycle. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The value for money was remarkable compared to other hotels in the area.
