I had a fantastic stay at this small guest house. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach in nice surroundings. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and cosy room equipped with a mini fridge and toiletries. The parking was convenient with plenty of free street parking available. The staff were amazing and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

As solo female travellers, we felt safe and welcomed, with the host's wife staying up late to greet us. The location is convenient, with the train station and town centre within a 10-minute walk. a faultless stay that we would highly recommend.

Great value for money with beautifully decorated rooms, comfy beds, and clean bedding. Convenient location near the town, mini supermarkets, bars, and just 2 minutes from the beach. The hosts, Steve and Anne, were accommodating, friendly, and provided helpful amenities like pens.

The breakfast experience could be improved by having bread left out for guests to toast themselves, as the toast that was served was cold. However, the bacon sandwich was delicious and the staff were always willing to accommodate requests.

The guest house is conveniently situated near the sea front, making it a great location for enjoying the beach and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The proximity to the train station is also a plus, making it easy for business travelers like me to commute. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, with additional amenities such as a fridge and a wide selection of toiletries. The hosts are welcoming and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, including a tasty smoked haddock dish.

The only minor setback was the water pressure in the shower, which was low. However, this wouldn't deter me from staying at this guest house again.

The service and housekeeping here are top-notch, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities. I loved the cozy sitting area and dining table, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV provided ample entertainment. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of amenities and comfort.

Fantastic New Year’s stay! Friendly staff and very clean rooms with lovely décor. the room had a stocked fridge with bottled water and milk, perfect for our needs. the location was great, with easy access to the beach and the town center just a short walk away. the room felt safe with good security measures in place. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided.

The breakfast service could have been clearer, as some items were self-serve while others needed to be ordered, and the toast provided was sometimes cold. Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning for another visit.
