I recently stayed at Aberdeen Serviced Apartments: Charlotte Street and had a lovely experience. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast provided was a delightful surprise, with a variety of delicious items. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious, perfect for our needs.

There were a few downsides. The apartment lacked some basic amenities, like a plug for the kitchen sink and instructions for operating the heating and washing machine.

Convenient location. Secure building with helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and amenities. Good provision of breakfast items. Spacious with laundry facilities.

Excellent response and support when requesting a change to arrival dates. Alternative arrangements proposed and accepted easily. Great management and well-run operation. Will definitely book again in the future.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the Christmas festivities. the private parking was a major plus, making it easy for us to explore the area without worrying about finding a spot. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of Christmas shopping and sightseeing. We also appreciated the prompt and friendly responses from the host whenever we had questions.

Our Christmas stay was marred by a few negative aspects. the lack of spare lightbulbs and a lamp in one of the bedrooms was inconvenient, especially during the dark evenings.

I was really impressed by the value for money at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great kitchen and living room. The location was peaceful and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could've made the breakfast better would be more choices.

I especially appreciated the breakfast items and the fact that Richard went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even providing WiFi and car park access. the central location made it convenient to explore the city on foot, with a nearby supermarket and pub. a fantastic apartment with excellent customer service.

The apartment was exactly what we expected, with clean and comfortable rooms. the convenience of the location was a major plus, with shops and restaurants within close proximity.

The noise levels at night were a bit bothersome, especially with loud guests in the building. This made it less suitable for families with children.

It truly felt like a home away from home. the apartment was beautifully maintained, very clean and tidy. It had everything I needed, and the breakfast provided was fantastic. the check-in and check-out process was easy, and there was secure parking available. I would definitely choose to stay at Serviced Apartments: Charlotte Street again on my next visit to Aberdeen. the seagulls that visited the window ledges were also a hit with my children.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the city center and free off-street parking. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the key collection process was hassle-free, with no waiting around upon arrival and departure.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. the bed and sofa were on the soft side, which made it uncomfortable for sleeping and sitting.

We had the most straightforward check-in experience ever at Serviced Apartments: Charlotte Street. It was so easy and simple, and they even allowed us an earlier check-in. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and spacious, with everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. It was great value for money, and the location was perfect - close to everything we needed, yet in a quiet area. We were pleasantly surprised to find a plentiful supply of tea, coffee, and sugar, as well as a breakfast pack with fresh milk. This was much appreciated after a long journey. There was also a Sainsbury's just around the corner if we didn't want to eat out. We will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great - it was close to the center of the city and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. the off-street parking was a bonus, as it provided a secure place to park our car. the apartment was nice and clean, making it a comfortable place to stay during our Christmas break.

The apartments at Serviced Apartments: Charlotte Street are incredibly spacious, with large living rooms and comfortable, modern decor. We especially loved the big windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a washing machine, which made our stay convenient and hassle-free. Additionally, there were plenty of parking spaces available, even though some guests didn't park properly. The breakfast provided, although not extensive, was sufficient for our three-day stay, with juice, jam, and breakfast bars. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Serviced Apartments: Charlotte Street.

One drawback was the tight corridors in the apartment building, which made it difficult to maneuver with our luggage. The doors were also not very helpful, and we struggled with them.

It was clean, comfortable, and ideally situated just minutes from the high street. The parking on the premises made us feel safe, and there were great take-away options nearby. it was a great experience.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.

Having a car park at the rear was convenient. The provisions in the fridge were a thoughtful touch. The towels were changed and the apartment was cleaned halfway through our stay, maintaining cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful.
